Drip deletes your account data after cancellation. Export your full subscriber list (People → Export CSV), your email templates, and document your automation/workflow logic before canceling. There is no account pause option.

Drip is built for e-commerce - Klaviyo is the main alternative

Drip positions itself as an e-commerce CRM with strong Shopify and WooCommerce integrations. If you're migrating, Klaviyo has similar e-commerce focus with a more generous free tier (250 contacts). ActiveCampaign is the alternative for non-e-commerce businesses.
