- Is Adobe Acrobat the same as Creative Cloud?
- No. Adobe Acrobat is a separate subscription for PDF editing. Creative Cloud All Apps includes Acrobat, but standalone Acrobat subscriptions are billed separately.
- Can I use Adobe Acrobat Reader for free?
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (view and print PDFs) is free. Acrobat Pro (edit, sign, create PDFs) requires a paid subscription.
- Adobe won't let me cancel without updating my payment method - what do I do?
- Skip the website self-service flow, which is what forces the payment update, and use Adobe's live chat instead. A chat agent can cancel from their end without a valid card on file. Tell them you want to cancel immediately and are not updating payment, and ask for written email confirmation. If a charge already went through against a blocked account, dispute it with your bank and keep the cancellation confirmation, since an unpaid balance can go to collections.
