Click your profile → Account Settings. Find your subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Follow the retention flow - WSJ will offer discounted rates. If you want to cancel, look for the "Continue to cancel" link on each screen.
WSJ subscriber service can cancel by phone. Have your account information ready. Expect a retention pitch with discount offers.
If cost is your main reason for canceling, ask what promotional rate is available. WSJ regularly offers 3–6 months at significantly reduced rates to retain subscribers. Worth knowing before you commit to canceling.
