National Geographic standalone subscription ended in 2023

The dedicated NatGeo.com streaming subscription was discontinued. All National Geographic content now lives exclusively on Disney+. If you're still being charged by nationalgeographic.com, contact Disney customer service - that legacy plan should have been migrated.

Disney Bundle includes Hulu and ESPN+

If you have the Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), canceling Disney+ cancels all three services simultaneously. Make sure you want to lose all three before proceeding.

Where to watch National Geographic content

All National Geographic series, documentaries, and specials are available on Disney+. There is no longer a separate NatGeo app or subscription - the Disney+ subscription is the only access point.

Legacy National Geographic subscriptions

If you subscribed to a standalone NatGeo streaming plan before 2023, contact Disney customer service at 1-888-905-7888. They can verify if you're still being billed on a legacy plan and issue a cancellation and any applicable refund.
