Enterprise Agreements have fixed contract terms

If your organization has a Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA), Webex is likely bundled into it. You cannot cancel Webex independently - you'd need to renegotiate the entire EA at renewal. Contact your Cisco account manager to understand your options.
