Scentbox bills on your original sign-up date each month. Log in and note your next billing date in My Account. Cancel before that date to avoid being charged for the next month's fragrance.

Your fragrance queue stays saved

After cancellation, your saved fragrance queue and wish list are retained in your account. If you resubscribe, your queue picks up where you left off.

Scentbox vs Scentbird - which is better?

Both Scentbox ($17.95/mo) and Scentbird ($17.95/mo) send 8ml fragrance vials monthly. Scentbird has a larger catalog and longer track record in the US. Scentbox has slightly different designer brand partnerships. Both offer similar value - the choice typically comes down to which catalog contains the specific brands you want. Check both brand lists before switching from one to the other.

Refund policy

Scentbox does not issue refunds for already-shipped fragrances. For damaged or incorrect shipments, contact support@scentbox.com within 14 days for a replacement. For billing errors, contact support within 30 days.

Scentbox vials are 8ml - enough for approximately 120 sprays or 30+ days of regular use. A single spray per day extends the vial well beyond a month.
