Scentbird bills on the 1st of each month. Cancel before midnight on the last day of the month to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations after billing has processed won't be refunded for that month's box.

Scentbird lets you pause your subscription for 1–3 months from Account Settings → Subscription. Pausing is faster than canceling and resubscribing if you just need a break.

What happens to your Scentbird queue when you cancel

Your fragrance queue (the list of scents you've selected for future months) is saved in your account even after cancellation. If you resubscribe, your queue picks up where it left off. Any scents already shipped before cancellation are yours to keep.
