LA Fitness commitment memberships
Standard month-to-month memberships have no cancellation fee. Annual commitment ("Signature") memberships may carry an early termination fee - check your original agreement. LA Fitness enrollment/initiation fees are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
If LA Fitness keeps charging after cancellation
Use your certified mail return receipt as proof of the cancellation date and file a bank chargeback for charges after that date. You can also file a complaint with your state attorney general's consumer protection office.
