- Does Grammarly offer a refund when you cancel?
- Grammarly does not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations. For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within a few days of purchase or renewal, contact support - they sometimes make exceptions.
- Will canceling Grammarly Premium delete my documents?
- No. Documents stored in Grammarly's cloud remain accessible on the free tier. You lose Premium editing features but not your saved content.
- Does Grammarly auto-renew?
- Yes. Annual and monthly plans auto-renew by default. Turn off auto-renewal in your account settings if you don't want to be charged again.
