Refund policy
LegalZoom does not typically refund current-period charges for subscription plans. One-time document fees are refundable within 60 days if LegalZoom made an error. Registered Agent fees are non-refundable once the annual service year has started.

- What happens to my LLC if I cancel LegalZoom?
- Your LLC continues to exist with the state - LegalZoom's involvement is only as a service provider. If you cancel Registered Agent service, you must have a replacement registered agent appointed before canceling or your LLC could lose good standing.
