- Can I pause ClassPass instead of canceling?
- Yes - ClassPass allows you to pause for 1–3 months. Billing is suspended during the pause, and any unused credits are preserved. This is the better option if you're traveling or temporarily unable to attend classes.
- What happens to my ClassPass bookings when I cancel?
- Existing bookings are unaffected by cancellation - you can still attend classes you've already reserved. New bookings require an active plan.
- Does ClassPass offer a refund when you cancel?
- No prorated refunds. Credits expire and access ends at the billing period close.
