Refund policy
Zoho does not offer prorated refunds for unused periods on annual Zoho One plans. Month-to-month plans stop billing at the next renewal date. Contact billing@zoho.com within 30 days for billing errors.

- Yes. Cancel Zoho One and subscribe to individual apps you need. Many have free tiers (Zoho CRM free up to 3 users, Zoho Mail free for personal use). You keep all your data as long as you stay within the free plan limits.
- What happens to my Zoho email if I cancel Zoho One?
- If you use Zoho Mail with a custom domain through Zoho One, your email will stop working after cancellation unless you subscribe to Zoho Mail separately. Zoho Mail has a free plan for up to 5 users on a custom domain.
- Is there a cancellation fee for Zoho One?
- No cancellation fee. Annual plans do not receive prorated refunds for unused months.
