Wyzant doesn't charge a subscription. You pay only when a tutoring session is completed. There's no recurring billing to cancel unless you've set up a scheduled recurring lesson with a tutor.

Wyzant takes a platform fee from tutors, not students

Wyzant's fee structure charges tutors a percentage (around 25%). As a student, you pay the tutor's listed rate - there are no additional platform fees charged to students beyond what's reflected in the tutor's hourly price.

Getting a refund on Wyzant

Wyzant sessions are charged after completion. If a session was unsatisfactory, contact support@wyzant.com within 24 hours for a Good Fit Guarantee review - Wyzant offers credits or refunds for first sessions that don't meet expectations.
