Cancel Ubisoft+ - step by step
Canceling Ubisoft+ loses access to all subscribed games immediately or at period end

Ubisoft+ games are not purchased - they're licensed. When your subscription ends, you lose access to all games included in Ubisoft+. Any game progress (saves, achievements) is retained if you later resubscribe.

Ubisoft+ Classics (PlayStation) vs Ubisoft+ PC
Game saves are kept but games become unplayable after cancellation

Ubisoft Connect saves your game progress to the cloud. If you resubscribe later, your saves are still there. However, the games are inaccessible while your subscription is inactive.

Ubisoft+ tiers - what you're canceling

Ubisoft+ has two tiers: Ubisoft+ Essentials (included in PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium at no extra cost) and Ubisoft+ Multi Access ($17.99/month, includes PC + console access). If you have PlayStation Plus, you may already have Ubisoft content through that subscription - canceling Ubisoft+ Multi Access won't affect your PS Plus games.

Ubisoft+ refund policy

Ubisoft does not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time. If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact Ubisoft support at support.ubisoft.com.

Frequently asked questions

Do I lose my game saves when I cancel Ubisoft+?
No. Ubisoft Connect saves your game progress in the cloud. Saves are retained and accessible if you resubscribe later.
Can I cancel Ubisoft+ and keep any games?
No. Ubisoft+ games are licensed, not purchased. When your subscription ends, access to all included games ends too.
Is Ubisoft+ worth it compared to buying individual games?
Ubisoft+ makes sense if you play multiple Ubisoft games per year. Individual Ubisoft games typically cost $40–70, so if you play 3+ per year, the $17.99/month subscription can save money.
