Cancel by calling Asurion
Samsung Care+ is administered by Asurion

When you call to cancel, you're actually calling Asurion - not Samsung directly. Don't be surprised if the hold music and branding say Asurion. That's normal.

Check if you're billed through your carrier

Some carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T) bundle Samsung Care+ into your phone plan. In that case, you'll need to contact your carrier to remove it, not Samsung directly.

Samsung Care+ vs carrier insurance - which do you have?

If you signed up for device protection through your carrier's website or store at activation, you likely have the carrier's insurance product (e.g., T-Mobile Protection 360, Verizon Mobile Protect), not Samsung Care+ directly. Check your bill to confirm the billing entity.

Refund policy

Monthly plans stop renewing at the next billing date - no refund for the current month. If you prepaid for a year, contact Asurion to request a prorated refund for unused months.
