Cancel Max online - step by step

Go to max.com and sign in
Open a browser and go to max.com. Sign in to your account.

Click your profile icon → Account
Click your profile picture in the top right corner → select Account.

Click "Cancel Plan" under your subscription
Find your current plan and click Cancel Plan. Max may offer a discount or pause - click through to continue canceling.

Confirm cancellation
Click the final confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with your last day of access. Save it.
