What happens to the machine when iFIT is canceled?
iFIT-connected equipment (NordicTrack, ProForm, Freemotion) typically requires an active iFIT subscription to access the full feature set. In manual mode, most machines still function as basic cardio equipment - you can adjust speed and incline manually - but you lose access to guided workouts, performance tracking, Google Maps routes, and automatic resistance changes. Some older machines may display a subscription required screen that blocks manual use entirely.
iFIT refund policy
iFIT does not offer prorated refunds on monthly plans. Annual plan refund requests should be submitted within a limited window - contact support.ifit.com. If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, use the dispute letter tool to file a chargeback.
