- Yes - from the Upcoming Deliveries page, you can skip individual weeks without canceling your plan.
- Does Factor offer refunds?
- Factor doesn't issue refunds for boxes already prepared and shipped. Contact support immediately if charged after cancellation - they sometimes resolve first-time issues.
