Cancel DISH Network - step by step
DISH 2-year contracts carry an ETF up to $480

DISH Network equipment return

DISH will send a prepaid return label or box for your receivers and remotes. You must return the equipment within the specified window (usually 30 days) or face unreturned equipment charges of $100+ per receiver. Keep your shipping tracking number as proof of return.

If DISH charges you incorrectly

For billing disputes after cancellation, dispute the charge with your bank and file an FCC complaint at fcc.gov/complaints. For satellite TV the FCC complaint process applies and forces DISH to respond formally.
