Daily Harvest processing window - cancel before it closes

Daily Harvest typically locks your next order 5–7 days before your scheduled delivery. Once the order is locked (processing begins), you can't cancel that week's order - only future ones. Check your upcoming order cutoff date in your account before starting the cancellation process.

Daily Harvest refund policy

Daily Harvest does not refund locked or shipped orders. If your food arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact support@daily-harvest.com - they do issue replacements or credits for product quality issues. For unauthorized charges after a confirmed cancellation, use the dispute letter tool.

Skip vs cancel - which is better?

If you're going on vacation or want a break, skipping weeks is easier than canceling and resubscribing. You can skip up to several weeks in advance from your account. Full cancellation makes sense if you don't plan to return or if the subscription no longer fits your budget.
