Close your Current account

Transfer your full balance to an external bank
Move all money from your Current account to your linked external bank before closing.

Redirect any direct deposits or autopay
If your paycheck goes to Current or you have bills autopaying from it, update those before closing to avoid failed payments.

Cancel any Current credit card or Boost subscription
If you have a Current credit card or paid Boost membership, cancel those separately first.
