Export your data before canceling

In the Copilot app, go to Settings → Export Data to download your transactions as a CSV. Do this before canceling - data access ends when your billing period expires.

What happens after you cancel Copilot

Your account stays accessible until the end of your current billing cycle. After expiry, you lose access to your transaction history and budgets within the app. Your connected bank accounts are unaffected.

Copilot refund policy

Since Copilot bills through Apple, refunds go through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple grants refunds for recent charges, especially if the service wasn't used after the charge.
