IPSY/BoxyCharm's billing cycle closes around the 14th of each month for the following month's box. Cancel before the 14th to avoid the next charge. After the 14th, your box for the next month is likely already being prepared.

Refund policy

IPSY/BoxyCharm does not issue refunds for boxes already shipped or in processing. If a product arrived damaged or missing, contact support at ipsy.com/contact within 30 days for a replacement or credit. For charges after a confirmed cancellation, dispute with your bank.

Frequently asked questions

I canceled BoxyCharm but I'm still being charged. Why?
Check if you're being charged by IPSY rather than BoxyCharm - they're the same company now. If you canceled at the old boxycharm.com, your subscription may not have fully transferred. Log into ipsy.com and verify your subscription status there.
Can I pause BoxyCharm instead of canceling?
IPSY allows you to skip a month from your Subscriptions page. This is different from a full cancellation - you can skip 1–2 months without losing your subscription.
Does canceling BoxyCharm affect my IPSY Glam Bag subscription?
Yes - if you have multiple IPSY subscriptions, you must cancel each one individually. Canceling one tier does not cancel others.
