Redeem your points before deleting - they cannot be recovered

Any unredeemed Fetch points are permanently forfeited when you delete your account. Even if you have thousands of points saved up, they vanish on deletion. Redeem everything first - gift cards, charity, or other rewards - before closing your account.

Fetch is completely free - there is no subscription

Fetch Rewards is a free receipt-scanning app that gives you points redeemable for gift cards. There is no monthly fee. If you're seeing a charge from "Fetch" on your bank statement, it's likely a different merchant - Fetch Rewards does not charge users.

What happens to your data when you delete Fetch

Deleting your Fetch account removes your profile, receipt scan history, and points balance. Under CCPA (California) and GDPR (EU), you can also request complete data deletion by emailing privacy@fetchrewards.com. Fetch must comply within 30–45 days.

Stopping Fetch emails without deleting your account

To just stop emails: open the Fetch app → Settings → Notifications → Email, and turn off marketing emails. Or unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any Fetch email. This stops communications without losing your points balance.
