Cutoff is Monday 11:59 PM PST for the next delivery

Dinnerly processes orders on Tuesday. Cancel or skip by Monday 11:59 PM PST to avoid being charged for the next week's box. Changes after the cutoff cannot be reversed.

Pause instead of canceling

Dinnerly allows you to pause deliveries for up to 8 weeks. If you're traveling or just need a break, pausing is faster than canceling and resubscribing. Find it in Account Settings → Plan.

Dinnerly vs. EveryPlate - which is cheaper?

Dinnerly and EveryPlate are the two budget meal kit leaders, both around $4.99–$5.49 per serving at base pricing. Dinnerly uses a digital recipe card (no printed cards) to cut costs. EveryPlate is owned by HelloFresh. If you're canceling one, the other is the natural alternative at a similar price point.

Refund policy

If a delivery arrived damaged or missing items, contact Dinnerly support within 7 days of delivery for a credit or replacement. Dinnerly does not issue refunds for boxes already shipped. For charges after you believed you had canceled, dispute with your bank if Dinnerly won't refund.
