Refund policy
Care.com does not offer prorated refunds for the current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact support within 30 days at care.com/contact or 1-877-227-3115. They've been known to issue courtesy refunds for recent charges in clear-cut cases.
Frequently asked questions
- Does canceling Care.com Premium affect my caregiver's account?
- No. Your caregiver has their own separate account. The employment relationship is independent of your Care.com Premium status.
- Can I get a refund on Care.com if I never found a caregiver?
- Care.com doesn't offer automatic refunds for unused memberships. Contact support and explain the situation - they sometimes provide partial credits or refunds for members who were unable to find a match.
- Does Care.com auto-renew?
- Yes. Care.com Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Turn off auto-renew in Account Settings, or cancel outright to stop future charges.
